Are you an experienced and adaptable Civil or Traffic Labourer looking for your next gig in Christchurch? We’ve got an exciting opportunity for reliable, hands-on workers to join a fast-paced, supportive team—on an on-call basis. No two days are the same, and flexibility is key!

What we're after:

• Industry Know-How: Experience in civil construction, roading, or traffic management.
• License to Drive: A Full Class 1 licence is essential, and if you’ve got Class 2, even better! Preferably you’re confident driving a manual vehicle too.
• Own Wheels: You’ll need reliable transport to get to work each day.
• Clean Start: Pre-employment drug test and criminal history check required.
• Work Rights: Must be a NZ citizen, resident, or hold a valid work visa.

Extra bonus if you’ve got... Traffic management tickets – definitely a plus, so let us know!

The Role:This is an on-call position, meaning we may call you with short notice—even same-day work—so being ready to go is crucial. You’ll be outdoors in all kinds of weather, both day and night, so if that sounds like your kind of challenge, you’re in the right place.
