Civil Operator
We’re looking for an experienced Civil Operator to join our team. We are offering full time hours and ongoing opportunities for the right person!

What You’ll Do:

• Operate a variety of plant and machinery (excavators, vibratory hammers, pumps, trucks, and more).
• Work on projects including drainage, dewatering, trench excavation, and large pipelines.
• Assist with maintaining equipment and ensuring efficiency on-site.
• Work as part of a dynamic and friendly team.

What We Need:

• Proven experience as a civil operator or driver.
• Class 2 licence as well as WTR as the minimum (Class 4 or 5 and tipper experience a bonus).
• Experience in drainage and dewatering operations.
• Reliable and able to work well within a team environment.

What We Offer:

• Pay from $30 - $35 per hour (depending on experience).
• Full time work available, Monday-Friday!
• Ongoing work available for the right person.
• Variety of projects and modern equipment to be used.
• Full PPE provided by the Tradestaff team.
