Civil Project Engineer – Wellington, NZ

We’re charging through the year and things are just getting busier! With the final confirmation of a number of infrastructure projects in Wellington there is an urgent need for an experienced Project Engineers to join the team! This is one of New Zealand top civil contractors with a track record for delivering diverse and challenging projects to the highest standard.

Although focussing on these new projects, this is a permanent position, and you’ll be joining a company that can offer you a long term pathway to develop your career. As a Project Engineer you’ll have some experience with heavy civil projects and if you have some marine experience that would be a bonus! Not only will you be involved with the delivery of the project but also your experience will allow you to be part of the pre-contract work as well. Key attributes include,

• A degree or equivalent industry qualification
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience with a civil contractor
• Experience of junior engineer and subcontractor management
• A sense of humour and a desire to develop your career with a great team
