What You’ll Do: As a vital part of our senior leadership team, reporting to the Regional Manager, you’ll lead our civil construction division. You’ll drive major capital works and diverse minor projects, managing everything from commercial performance and financial oversight to client engagement and project planning. Leading a dedicated large team overseeing a crew of 50, you’ll inspire excellence and deliver results that shape safer, better-connected communities.

What You Bring:
- Extensive experience in construction management, with a focus on capital works.
- Deep knowledge of technical, contractual, and financial aspects of construction and maintenance contracts.
- Proven expertise in tendering, commercial operations, budgeting, P&L management, and cost control.
- Sharp business acumen and a flair for business development.
- A Civil Engineering degree (preferred but not essential).
- A track record of mentoring high-performing teams, with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
