About the role:
We are seeking a Class 4 driver for metro and regional routes across Canterbury and the South Island. This role involves servicing 240ltr secure destruction bins for a variety of clients.
The successful candidate will interact with customers, perform regular heavy lifting, operate a Class 4 vehicle and forklift, and complete shredding and housekeeping tasks. Standard hours are Monday to Friday, typically starting and finishing early, with a 40-45 hour work week. Regional runs may require additional hours, including starting on a Sunday. Overnight allowances will be provided for accommodation and meals while travelling.
What’s required:
- High level of physical fitness
- Proven experienced operator of a Class 2 + 4 vehicle
- Flexible in working hours and days of work
- Able to work out of town for up to 4 nights
- Great resilience, strong work ethic, and a positive attitude
