Class 4 Truck Driver

What you'll be doing: As a Class 4 Truck Driver, you'll be responsible for operating a Class 4 truck to collect and transport waste materials across the Hamilton region, ensuring proper handling and disposal of waste materials! Your duties will include conducting daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in safe operating condition, reporting any mechanical issues promptly, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to all health and safety regulations. This includes wearing appropriate personal protective equipment and following safe lifting techniques.

To Be Considered, You Will Have:

• A clean Class 4 Driver's Licence required (if you only have class 2 or 4L give us a call, for a chat!)
• Previous experience in waste collection or similar driving roles (will consider no previous experience if you are keen and don’t shy away from hard work).
• A strong commitment to safety and adherence to road regulations.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliability and punctuality are a must.
• A keen and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn.
