This isn't your typical client services role. You'll be part of a team that enriches lives and secures futures by helping individual investors protect and grow their wealth through precious metals. As a Bullion Services Specialist, your role will include but not be limited to;
- Client Services - Educate customers on bullion products and services, exceeding client expectations with your knowledge and genuine interest in growing their investments securely.
- Relationship Management - Proactively manage customer relationships by following up on leads and queries, supporting outbound marketing campaigns, and ensuring efficient, seamless communication that adds value for every client.
- Operational and Administrative Support – Process and pack orders, inventory management, auditing support and AML compliance.
- Team Collaboration – Contribute to projects that improve client processes, implement systems, and support business growth.
- Customer Service experience: In retail or client-facing roles, ideally within companies focused on building rapport and delivering a high level of client service.
- Financial Services Interest: Have studied or worked in finance or have a genuine interest in the economy and financial world.
- Clear and approachable Communication skills- Builds strong connections with care, kindness and emotional intelligence.
- A strong work ethic and self-motivated approach – A proactive self-starter who follows through, shows up and takes pride in their work.
- Clear credit check and MOJ – Essential when working in financial services.
