As a Client Experience Consultant, you have the opportunity to support existing clients through any stage of their investment journey. Whether that is using KiwiSaver towards their first home, enjoying their nest egg at retirement or supporting them through the financial hardship process. This is a Fixed term role starting ideally beginning-mid March.

You will be interacting with clients, predominantly over the phone and also through email. Each interaction giving you the opportunity to:
- Educate and engage with existing clients to make the most of their Kiwisaver/ investment. (approx. 30-50 inbound client engagements per day)
- Understand the various life stages they are in and which options are best suited to their circumstances.
- Provide guidance in relation to KiwiSaver and managed fund withdrawals and switches - this can include first home buyer, financial hardship queries or retirement.
- Unpack KiwiSaver jargon… what is a managed fund, what is a default account? What should I contribute? why is KiwiSaver important for them? Is KiwiSaver an investment, savings plan, first home deposit or all of the above.
- Educate clients on different managed fund options and where appropriate, refer through to in-house investment advisors.
- Explain how market conditions can impact KiwiSaver and Managed Funds balances
- Promote online solutions for ease and convenience for clients
- Share ideas on process or customer experience improvement initiatives
- Work together, socialise together, laugh together and learn together

- Client focused – You’ve delivered awesome customer service elsewhere – this might be within a bank or other financial service business, or it might be in retail, contact centre, hospitality or even in mentoring or counselling roles
- Interested in helping every day Kiwis achieve financial wealth
- Curious or knowledgeable about KiwiSaver and/ or managed funds – maybe you’ve studied finance and want to put that degree to use?
- Clear with both your credit and police check
