About the Role
As a Clinical Administration Support, you will work as part of a network of Clinical Administration Support specialists across Te Manawa Taki that receive and action all routine clinical inquiries received by National Public Health Service. You will be operating across multiple clinical web-applications with a focus on accurate data-entry, data remediation and investigation of clinical documents and laboratory reports to find relevant information that supports clinical decision making. This is a permanent part time opportunity located in Rotorua or Tauranga.

About you
As a Clinical Administration Support, you will be pro-active and enthusiastic individual who works well as part of a team but can use your initiative and work independently when needed. In this role, you will have visibility of sensitive information, and a high standard of care is expected.
- Experience in clinical data entry and management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, prioritise effectively and adapt quickly to changes in work urgency requirements.
- Ability to work autonomously to deliver results.
- A commitment to reducing health inequities.
- Excellent data entry skills and an eye for detail.
