About the Role

Providing administration for clinical education is a significant contribution in supporting our hospital staff. This role within the BOP Clinical Campus at Tauranga hospital is vital for the provision of education for our clinical services and ensuring staff education records are current. We also provide administration to our clinical educators to ensure training activities occur as required. Activities include: 

  • Being the first point of contact for clinical education queries.
  • Booking and maintenance of facilities and equipment for clinical training.
  • Managing onsite clinical bookings at our education facilities.
  • Support for the national training system and Te Whāriki ā Toi (our online learning and course management system).
  • Data entry into our learning management system for clinical skills, attendance, and completion.
  • Maintaining course information in HRIS (our HR interface with the learning systems).
  • Working alongside clinical educators to assist in course delivery. 

The salary range for this position is on Band 4 of the PSA National Health Administration Workers Collective Agreement - $72,035 to $79,573 per annum full-time equivalent.
