Clinical Equipment Co-coordinator – Te Whatu Ora Lakes
Permanent part time position (16 hours per week)
Te Whatu Ora Lakes are seeking an enthusiastic, diligent and reliable individual to join our Clinical Equipment Pool team on a permanent part time basis, ideally working a Tuesday and Wednesday. Supported day to day by a senior and experienced Clinical Equipment Coordinator, this new position will support the growing demand to manage the timely distribution of clinical equipment to all areas of Rotorua hospital.
Mō te tūranga | About the role
Duties include;
- Providing daily co-ordination and oversight of equipment entering and leaving the pool
- Ensuring clinical equipment is well functioning and maintained to a high standard
- Ensuring that customers (ward staff) have the right equipment, in the right place and at the right time, to provide the critical patient care required for our Lakes community
- Assist in the education of ward staff about the correct use and maintenance of equipment
- Full training will be provided.
