About the Role
Join our Centre of Clinical Excellence playing a crucial role in the management and support of clinical governance frameworks and portfolios across the Capital Coast & Hutt Valley District and also contributes to regional and national systems. If you are passionate about ensuring the quality, safety, and continuous improvement of patient care for the communities we serve, this would be a great role for you.
The full salary range is $107,709 - $150,000.
About the Team
Capital, Coast & Hutt Valley - s Centre of Clinical Excellence is the engine room of clinical governance across the District. We are a team of people who place high value on patient safety and staff wellbeing through management of core clinical governance portfolios.
About you
Skills and experience:
- Current knowledge of clinical governance best-practice
- Experience in a middle management position; ability to lead and support a team
- A positive, pro-active can-do attitude; problem solving skills
- Flexibility to adapt to the changing priorities of the NZ health care environment, and ability to work within allocated resources
- An innovator who can bring fresh ideas to improve systems and processes
