Mō te tūranga - About the role

We have an opportunity for a Registered Nurse looking to step up and grasp a new opportunity with both hands in a Clinical Coordinator role for the Aeromedical service - both fixed-wing and rotary assets.

Duties include but not limited to:

  • aeromedical emergency roster planning
  • maintaining of the fixed wing database
  • auditing of clinical transfers
  • participating in patient AME transfers/retrieval.

Mōu ake - About you

Our ideal candidate will:

  • demonstrate significant knowledge and sound experience within the health and disability sector
  • hold registration with the New Zealand Nursing Council
  • have sound clinical experience in a role with relevance to critical care or transport
  • be comfortable traveling in light aircraft both fixed and rotating wing.

Utu whānui - Salary range

This role belongs to the NZNO Collective Agreement and falls between step one ($110,704 p.a) and step two ($117,907 p.a pro-rata) of the Designated Senior Nurse scale, grade one.
