We are seeking an inspirational Clinical Nurse Manager with strong acute assessment skills and experience as well as proven clinical leadership background to manage our Assessment & Brief Care Team within the Mental Health & Addiction Services

About the Team/Service/ Location
You will be primarily accountable for the management of our nursing, allied health and administration team and ensuring safe clinical care practice standards and the best care outcomes. For more information on living and working in Taranaki click here
About you
Successful candidates will be:
- Registered Nurse with current APC
- 4-5 years’ experience in acute & community based mental health services with excellent acute assessment knowledge and impeccable practice standards;
· Demonstrate a motivational leadership style and be able to build a cohesive team and facilitate service development;
- Ability to work under pressure, be a good team player, demonstrate leadership skills and positively contribute to service delivery;
- Adept at developing strong working relationships both within specialist Mental Health & Addiction Services as well as NGO, primary stakeholders and other social sector agencies;
- Excellent interpersonal skills is a must as well as a commitment to continuous learning, is innovative and whai ora/whanau focused.
