About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Community Mental Health Nurse to join our Intensive Community Treatment (ICT) team, based in Whangārei. This is a permanent, full-time role working 40 hours per week.
About the Team/Service/Location
The Intensive Community Treatment (ICT) team provides assertive community outreach to clients identified as at high risk. The majority of clients were previously high users of adult mental health services.

About you
- New Zealand registered nurse with a current practicing certificate
- Experience in acute and community mental health nursing practice is essential
- Knowledge and/or experience working with people who have coexisting mental health and substance use problems
- Current, full New Zealand driver's licence
