About the role

The role involves educating both industry participants and the public on consumer care obligations and compliance requirements. It includes engaging with stakeholders and providing support on compliance frameworks and regulatory obligations as a key responsibility.

We are looking for both a Senior Advisor and Advisor to join our team!

  • Demonstrated ability to analyse industry developments and provide expert insights
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead teams and engage with a broad range of stakeholders
  • Public sector or regulated industry experience is a plus
