- Coordinate and track new client onboarding and contract activations
- Process settlements and financial agreements with care and attention to detail
- Maintain accurate records across internal systems and ensure data integrity
- Liaise with external partners and internal teams to ensure smooth, timely transactions
- Monitor ongoing client obligations and follow up to ensure legal and regulatory compliance (e.g. timely renewals, documentation updates)
- Play a key role in identifying and resolving non-compliance — following up on overdue obligations, escalating issues when needed, and ensuring all contractual and regulatory requirements are met throughout the lifecycle of each agreement
- Support audits and reporting by preparing accurate documentation and compliance summaries
- Contribute to process improvements and help identify opportunities for automation
