As a Franchise Compliance Officer, you’ll be responsible for conducting compliance checks, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring our systems and franchisees meet internal standards and legal obligations. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular compliance checks and internal audits across franchise locations
- Identify, investigate, and report on discrepancies across multiple systems
- Interpret and apply New Zealand employment law and regulatory standards
- Support data integrity and process alignment across departments
- Manage and monitor various compliance workflows and reporting tools
- Recommend improvements to systems and procedures
- Advanced Excel skills (including pivot tables, lookups, data analysis, and automation)
- A solid understanding of New Zealand employment law and auditing regulations
- Excellent multitasking and time management capabilities
- Strong attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working across multiple platforms and data systems
- A degree or tertiary qualification in Business, Accounting, Law, or a related field
