Job Description
About the Role:
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be overseeing day-to-day site operations, coordinating concrete pours, managing labour and equipment, and ensuring high-quality delivery of work. You'll work closely with site supervisors and project managers to keep things running smoothly and on time.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience leading concrete crews in a civil or commercial environment
- Strong understanding of formwork, steel fixing, pours, and finishing
- Excellent communication and planning skills
- A full Class 1 licence is essential
- Class 2 and WTR endorsements are highly advantageous
- A proactive, team-focused attitude and solid health & safety awareness
