What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage and support a team of agents to meet targets and ensure smooth operations
- Engage with potential participants, qualifying them and guiding them through the process
- Work closely with other teams to ensure participants are booked and the process runs efficiently
- Provide coaching to your team, addressing any issues and offering guidance to help them succeed
- Keep the team motivated, focused, and on track to hit targets while maintaining a positive environment
What You Need:
- Proven experience in managing and motivating a team in a contact centre environment
- The ability to engage with people in a warm, respectful, and understanding manner
- Strong prioritisation skills
- The ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working CRM software
- A collaborative approach, with excellent stakeholder management skills
