Contact Centre Lead

Are you an experienced leader with a passion for motivating teams and delivering results? Our client, a company acting within the health space, is looking for a Leader to help drive their engagement efforts. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team in a purpose driven environment. As a leader, you’ll guide and motivate your team while collaborating with different departments to ensure everything runs smoothly.
 
What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage and support a team of agents to meet targets and ensure smooth operations
• Engage with potential participants, qualifying them and guiding them through the process
• Work closely with other teams to ensure participants are booked and the process runs efficiently
• Provide coaching to your team, addressing any issues and offering guidance to help them succeed
• Keep the team motivated, focused, and on track to hit targets while maintaining a positive environment

 
What You Need:

• Proven experience in managing and motivating a team in a contact centre environment
• The ability to engage with people in a warm, respectful, and understanding manner
• Strong prioritisation skills
• The ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working CRM software
• A collaborative approach, with excellent stakeholder management skills
