We are creating a Content hub within the Marketing, Brand and Scholarships team and have two content opportunities available.
Content & Media Planning Lead
We are seeking a skilled Content & Media Planning Lead, to take charge of shaping and executing our Marketing content strategy and initiatives, across various media ecosystems, platforms, and channels, with a focus on agile content, as well as student and alumni programmes. You will develop insightful, engaging marketing content designed to enhance user interaction and guide their journey toward brand preference. You will also lead and implement an integrated global media plan for ENZ which will involve collaborating with the Brand and Digital teams to implement effective media support for key projects and agile content workstreams.

To be successful in this role you will have:
- Relevant tertiary qualification with 5+ years' integrated marketing experience
- Strong understanding of global media planning and agency management
- Strategic thinker with experience executing effective marketing plans
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Proven leadership and experience influencing senior-level decisions
Content & Social Media Specialist
We are looking for a creative Content & Social Media Specialist to take ownership of creating and executing content and social media initiatives across ENZ's key international markets. This role will also collaborate with key stakeholders to amplify brand activities on social and digital platforms, and leverage events and partnerships.
Ngā tino Pūkenga/Wheako - Essential skills/experiences for the role
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Tertiary qualification with 2-3 years in digital and social marketing
- Knowledge of social & digital media planning and metrics
- Proven ability to execute effective, collaborative plans
- Strong initiative and creativity in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights
