H2R Technology is partnering with Volpara Health to recruit a Content Marketing Manager.

Volpara’s mission is to reduce the mortality and cost of breast cancer by providing clinically validated software that underpins personalized, high-quality breast cancer screening.

Volpara’s screening technology enables radiologists to quantify breast tissue with precision and helps technologists produce mammograms with optimal image quality.

Role Overview:
The Content Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a content strategy that drives brand awareness, engages target audiences, and supports business growth. This role will oversee the creation, optimization, and distribution of high-quality content across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with the company’s messaging and marketing objectives.

By leveraging data-driven insights and creative storytelling, the Content Marketing Manager will play a key role in building a compelling brand narrative and delivering measurable results.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a content marketing strategy aligned with business objectives, brand voice, and audience needs.
  • Define content goals, themes, and oversee the creation of high quality content including blogs, articles, white papers, case studies, videos, social media ect.
  • collaborate with writers, designers, and other team members to ensure cohesive and engaging content.
  • Monitor and analyse audience behaviour to create content that resonates with target segments.
  • Foster community engagement through social media, webinars, and interactive content.
  • Develop RFP/tender response bank to assist in best practice responses.

Key Attributes:

  • 5-10 years in a content creation role in a global B2B and/or healthcare domain.
  • University degree in relevant discipline.
  • Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.
  • Results driven, collaborative, data orientated, articulate, adaptable, detail orientated, and can build relationships internally and externally.
