Projects span large multi residential, healthcare, mixed use, and complex vertical builds over $100M.
As a background, you are an experienced commercial quantity surveyor of at least 7+ years coming from a main contractor with a relevant tertiary degree and with larger project exposure.
This role offers a contract rate $65 - $90 per hour pending experience.
