Contract - Reporting Specialist

About the Role:

We're seeking a skilled Power BI & Planview Reporting Specialist to support our customers enterprise PMO in delivering clear, accurate, and insightful project and financial reporting.

This role will work closely with a range of stakeholders to ensure data is effectively transformed into actionable insights that support decision-making.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, enhance, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to meet business needs.
• Work with the Planview PPM tool to extract, analyse, and present project tracking and financial data.
• Collaborate with PMO team members and stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
• Optimise and automate reporting processes where possible.
• Leverage SSRS knowledge (if available) to support legacy reporting needs.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven experience with Power BI report creation and dashboard design.
• Experience with Planview PPM (project tracking, portfolio management, and financial data).
• Familiarity with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) desirable.
• Strong data analysis and visualisation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

This is likely to be an initial 3mth contract engagement which may move to a 6mth contract engagement but we are unlikely to be able to confirm that until later.

Role can be either Auckland or Wellington based
