Job Description

Grada Recruitment is currently looking for an experienced Contracts Manager with a great understanding of Earthworks and Drainage, ideally, you will come from a Land Development/Sub-division construction background but come with a strong understanding of the civil industry as a whole.

The Role

As a Contracts Manager, you will be reporting directly to the general manager leading a high-performing team of project managers to deliver a wide range of Land development focused projects across the Queenstown/Wanaka region while supporting the tendering of new business with the goal of increase market share.

You
  • Minimum 10 years' experience within the NZ civil market 
  • Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Natural leadership and a desire to develop others
  • Previous experience in Drainage & Excavations
  • understands local, H&S and contractual standards.
