Coordinator Asset Data – Permanent – Hawkes Bay

  • Process high volume complex data entry, and manage stakeholder relationships
  • Permanent position 32 hours a week, flexibility to WFH 2+ days a week
  • Salary range $83,155 - $92,394 (pro rata), dependent on skills and experience

Mō tēnei tūranga - about the role

As part of the Asset Management team, this coordinator position is responsible for processing high volume and complex data entry and data maintenance, this will involve 500-600 work orders a week.  You will also be responsible for responding to day-to-day requests in the shared inbox. This will involve problem solving and investigation to find relevant information. You will be a liaison for the equipment and logistics team and our service providers.

This is a permanent position with 0.8FTE, or 32 hours a week.

Be part of a team ensuring we are managing our equipment to a safe standard. You will be passionate about doing the right thing and getting accurate data for reports. You will have a strong ability to work autonomously and remotely. Your excellent and clear email communications will be paramount to ensure our stakeholders are getting the information they need.

 

To be successful in this role, we'd expect you will have:

  • Strong experience with JDE or similar system
  • Proven ability to process high volume repetitive data accurately
  • Experience accurately and efficiently processing complex data
  • Demonstrated integrity when working remotely and independently
  • Excellent communication skills and clarity with written communication

The salary range for this role is $83,155 - $92,394 (pro rata) dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role.
