Become the go to person in our bespoke system, using your data reporting experience in Excel and Power BI.

 

Mō tēnei tūranga - about the role

Make this new role your own! As part of the Asset Management team, this Coordinator position is responsible for analysing the lifecycle of our equipment products. You will create dashboards from scratch using Power BI, while pulling basic reposts from our highly customised system to create graphs and reports through excel. Build relationships across the organisation as you send out compliance testing to a range of managers across the country.  

 

Ko tāu nā i tēnei tūranga - What you'll bring to the role:

Bring your proven experience in reporting and monitoring the lifecycle of a product to this new position. You will have clear skills and experience in creating new reporting dashboards through Power BI based on the needs of the organisation. Ideally you will have a relevant qualification in data analytics.

 

To be successful in this role, we'd expect you will:

  • Proven experience in data reporting in a large and complex organsiation
  • Comprehensive experience setting up dashboards for regular reporting in Power BI
  • Experience using a bespoke or highly customised database system such as JDE
  • Demonstrated integrity when working remotely and independently
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel with ability to use V Looksups and pivot tables.

The salary range for this role is $83,155 - $92,394 (pro rata), dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role.
