The Leadership, Development and Recruitment team at Te Kawa Mataaho | Public Service Commission are seeking a resourceful, experienced Coordinator to support our fast-paced, people-centric work. Part of the Public Sector Performance Group, we are responsible for chief executive recruitment, pay and development and the identification and nurturing of senior public service talent.
The Coordinator will be responsible for taking a proactive approach to supporting the Leadership, Development and Recruitment team with administrative and project coordination. This is a highly varied and critical supporting role for the team, and requires excellent attention to detail, and the exercise of discretion and tact in handling confidential and sensitive information. The Coordinator will be involved in everything from work programme management, to administrative tasks such as organising interview days, preparing packs of material, creating Statements of Work and understanding what needs to be delivered and agreeing timeframes across a number of key stakeholders.

This position usually pays between $64,100 to $76,838 depending on skills and experience.
