Responsibilities will include:'

  • Provide personal assistance and administrative support including diary and email management and acting as the first point of contact.'
  • Shared inbox management and triage of tasks
  • Provide logistical and on the ground support for the Business Group including for large internal meetings
  • Contribute to our diversity and inclusion initiatives, ensuring our team represents various backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to provide consistent, quality support to senior leaders in the Group as required.'
  • Identify areas for improvement of business processes to enhance the effectiveness and quality of service provided and improve timeliness.'
  • Support teams to ensure reports, documents, and presentations are prepared to required timeframes and quality standards.'
  • Utilise and comply with ACC's systems, processes, delegations, and policies to get optimum results for the senior leaders.'

Mōu | About you

  • Demonstrated experience in a Personal Assistant position in a large corporate or government organisation or similar.
  • Experience supporting multiple leaders with their day-to-day administration.'
  • Ability to think proactively and pre-empt requirements.'
  • Ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and linkages to ensure relevant outcomes are achieved.'

The salary range for this role is $67,442k - $82,430 with appointment depending on skills and experience and internal relativities. ACC also offers 9% superannuation on top of base salary.
