About the Role

The purpose of the RDSS coordinator is to support the RDSS work programme implementation, supporting and managing the streamlined expense management process for RMOs nationally, through bulk payments, and individual payments with district and regions.  The coordinator will work with the RDSS Leads in supporting the training, education and employment pathway of  RMOs in the New Zealand health system.

About you

You bring at least three years' experience providing high-level support and coordination in complex business environments, where you've successfully juggled multiple stakeholders and competing priorities across a range of activities. You're someone who thrives under pressure, managing tight deadlines and shifting demands with calm efficiency and a solutions-focused approach.

You're trusted to handle highly confidential, private, and occasionally distressing information with discretion and sensitivity. Your strong sense of integrity and professionalism ensures that confidentiality is always maintained, no matter the situation.

Detail-oriented and methodical, you're confident working with large datasets and enjoy transforming information into meaningful reporting metrics that support decision-making. Your ability to spot trends, ensure accuracy, and stay organised makes you a valuable asset in any fast-paced team.
