An established local brand with decades of success, we’re looking for a sales leader with a fresh perspective to take the corporate B2B sales function to the next level.

The successful candidate will uplift sales performance and drive new growth across Fiji partnering with existing customers and actively growing new business opportunities.

The Role – Business Manager Corporate
Reporting directly to the senior leadership team, you’ll manage and mentor a growing team of experienced B2B sales professionals. Your mission: grow market share, deepen client relationships, and lead a proactive business development strategy that positions Bondwell as the partner of choice for Fiji’s corporate ICT sector.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the B2B sales team to exceed targets.
  • Manage high-value corporate accounts, ensuring exceptional service and retention.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities with major enterprises and utilities.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to deliver both client value and strong margins.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations to deliver seamless solutions.
  • Represent Bondwell at industry events and in high-level client engagements.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 5+ years’ success in B2B ICT sales leadership or corporate account management.
  • A proven track record of driving new business and managing large accounts.
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
  • A collaborative, hands-on style with a drive to make a tangible impact.
