This is a role that blends credit control, administration, reconciliations and client-focused tasks. You’ll work in a tight-knit, high-performing team where your ideas matter and your growth is supported every step of the way.
About the Company:
This well-established, award-winning financial services firm is known for doing things differently. People come first—whether that’s their customers or their team. Their central CBD office is just minutes from Britomart and Commercial Bay, and you’ll enjoy modern facilities, a packed social calendar, and a people-led culture that makes work enjoyable.
About the Role:
This is a varied, fast-paced position where you’ll work across several core functions in the business—from credit to admin and client support. It’s ideal for someone with financial services experience who’s looking for variety and development.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing new agreements, direct debit changes, and policy endorsements
- Responding to customer queries including cancellations, refunds, and terminations
- Managing arrears follow-up and daily dishonours
- Completing daily bank reconciliations and receipting monthly payments
- Supporting internal stakeholders with accurate, timely information
You’ll thrive in this role if you’re proactive, process-driven, and confident with numbers. You know how to juggle tasks, shift priorities when needed, and work well with others. You bring:
- Experience in financial services, ideally in credit, collections, or admin
- Strong Excel and system skills
- A customer-focused mindset and clear communication style
- The ability to self-manage and follow through
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and pitch in
- A respected brand and a people-first business
- Central CBD offices close to transport, food, and shops
- Salary of $60k–$70k depending on experience
- Ongoing career development and exposure to new areas of the business
- A vibrant team culture with regular morning teas, Friday drinks, and a social club
- Benefits package including insurances, wellbeing days, and internal training
