Step Into a Career That Cares –  We are currently recruiting a Customer Care Role in Insurance on behalf of our client. If you're passionate about helping people, thrive in phone-based customer service, and are ready to step into a long-term career within insurance — this is your moment.

This isn’t your average phone based role. You’ll be supporting existing customers with their insurance queries via phone and email, in a hybrid role with a team that genuinely puts people first.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Be the first point of contact for existing customers, offering empathetic, knowledgeable support
  • Manage inbound queries across phone and email — expect around 20–40 calls per day
  • Help clients understand their options, update records, and provide peace of mind
  • Work within a positive, high-performing team that values care, connection and growth
