Not your average admin role - process and manage high-value orders for a well-known NZ brand. CRM skills, accuracy, and smart thinking essential.
Work with a trusted Kiwi brand supplying premium home products nationwide. You’ll be managing incoming orders from setup to completion, making smart checks along the way. From verifying pricing and stock to liaising with planning teams, this role needs a sharp eye, strong systems skills, and top-tier communication.
What you'll be doing:
- Processing orders from email through to system entry
- Cross-checking stock, pricing, and delivery details
- Communicating with internal teams like planning and customer support
- Working across CRM and order management systems
- Previous experience in order processing or similar admin roles
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- Excellent communicator – written and verbal
- Confident with tech and experienced in using CRM systems
- A bit of NZ geography knowledge helps too
- Based in Airport Oaks with street parking
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm to start
- $30–$32 per hour depending on experience
- Approx. 3-month assignment starting ASAP
- Paid weekly!
