If you've been thinking about how to get your foot in the door in the investment world, this might be just the thing.
Looking to get started in investments or KiwiSaver?
If you’ve been thinking about how to get your foot in the door in the investment world, this might be just the thing.
We’re looking for someone to join our clients Client Services team in a fixed-term role starting May 2025. You’ll be part of a friendly, award-winning crew who genuinely care about helping Kiwis understand their KiwiSaver, make informed choices, and feel good about their financial future.
What the job actually looks like:
You’ll be talking to real people—mostly over the phone, sometimes over email—helping them make sense of things like:
- How to use their KiwiSaver for a first home
- What to do if they’re approaching retirement
- What options they have during a tough time
- What a managed fund is (and why it’s not as scary as it sounds)
- How to understand the annual statement - break down complex financial terminology.
Our clients won’t throw you in the deep end—they have got solid training and support to help you feel confident.
This could be a great fit if you:
- Enjoy talking to people and making things easy to understand
- Have worked in a customer service role before (retail, hospo, contact centres, or anything similar)
- Have an interest in finance or investments—maybe you’ve studied it, or maybe you’re just keen to learn
- Are clear with your police and credit checks (standard for financial services)
- A real introduction to the investment world (this looks great on your CV)
- A team that work hard, but we also laugh, share ideas, and support each other
- Takapuna location, with hybrid options once you’re trained
- A job that has purpose—you’ll be helping people understand their money and feel in control of it
