Location: Onehunga, Auckland
Hours: 40 hours (Mon- Fri)

Responsibilities

Respond to internal and external enquiries related to orders, customers, stock, pricing, and general support needs.

Process customer orders efficiently and accurately, and provide timely assistance to customers.

Coordinate with third-party service providers such as freight and transport companies, as well as suppliers.

Perform warehouse administration duties to a high standard.

Support the sales team by assisting in customer account management and sales growth activities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and service.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in administration and customer service roles.

High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and database management.

Experience in sales or sales support (preferred but not essential).

Experience with stock management systems and processes (a bonus).
