Job Description

Location: Onehunga, Auckland

Hours: 40 hours (Mon- Fri)

Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where you can make a real impact? We're looking for an experienced Customer Service & Sales Support Administrator to join our team!

Responsibilities

  • Respond to internal and external enquiries related to orders, customers, stock, pricing, and general support needs.

  • Process customer orders efficiently and accurately, and provide timely assistance to customers.

  • Coordinate with third-party service providers such as freight and transport companies, as well as suppliers.

  • Perform warehouse administration duties to a high standard.

  • Support the sales team by assisting in customer account management and sales growth activities.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and service.

  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

  • A team player with a positive attitude and sense of humour.

  • Adaptable and comfortable working across both customer service and sales support roles.

  • Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and meet deadlines without compromising quality.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in administration and customer service roles.

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and database management.

  • Experience in sales or sales support (preferred but not essential).

  • Experience with stock management systems and processes (a bonus).
