Want a role where you can put your customer service skills to work in financial services? This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning team supporting everyday Kiwis with their KiwiSaver and investment goals.

About the role
As a Client Services Consultant, you’ll be speaking with existing clients over the phone (inbound only – no cold calling), helping them make the most of their KiwiSaver and investments. You’ll be handling 40+ calls per day, so you’ll need to thrive in a fast-paced, back-to-back call environment.

You will:
  • Engage with existing clients about their KiwiSaver and investment options
  • Explain processes for withdrawals, switches, and hardship applications
  • Translate financial jargon into everyday language
  • Educate clients on different fund options and refer to in-house advisers when needed
  • Share ideas to improve processes and customer experience
We’re looking for someone who:
  • Has previous call centre OR sales/fundraising experience (essential)
  • Is confident and professional on the phone, handling a high call volume
  • Ideally has financial services knowledge OR a strong interest in KiwiSaver/investments (possibly from studies or personal investment)
  • Enjoys helping people and delivering excellent customer experiences
  • Can pass credit and police checks
