Job Description

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? A busy, successful, and growing manufacturing company is on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join their customer service team.

We're seeking someone who has experience in a similar role, whether front-facing or phone-based, and is eager to learn, grow, and contribute in a supportive team environment. This role is key to ensuring every customer has a positive experience, so a friendly, proactive attitude is a must!

This is a full-time role (40 hours per week), working Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer enquiries (phone, email) in a timely and courteous manner
  • Process all orders efficiently
  • Enter sampling orders, arrange shipment of sample orders
  • Utilise E10 effectively to communicate stock counts, delivery times and transport
    costs to customers
  • Escalate customer complaints through correct channels with urgency
  • Provide administration support to Account Managers and Regional Sales Managers
    as required, including CRM updates and sales templates
  • Communicate Customer queries and issues to the relevant Account Manager in a
    timely manner
  • Process and reconcile credit requests

Skills and Experience:

  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Used Epicore or similar ERP system
  • Minimum 3 years customer service experience
  • Worked in a manufacturing environment
  • Confident and clear communication skills - written and verbal
  • Skilled problem solver
  • Intermediate knowledge of word, outlook and excel.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
  • Outstanding time management and organisation skills
