This is a busy customer service role, within the print/packaging industry.
On a day to day basis you will be:
• Assisting with customer queries, via telephone and email.
• Processing orders
• Coordinating with account managers, supply teams, and logistics to ensure timely deliveries
Ideally you will have a background in packaging or print as well as experience in a customer service role.
