Job Description
Provide customer satisfaction by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services for this global leader that creates products for access solutions and door openings in homes, businesses, and institutions. This includes doors, door and window hardware, mechanical and smart locks, access control and service.
Located in the Northshore, this is a full-time position working Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm in the customer service team. We are looking for an experienced person who has been in a similar role and is willing to learn, grow and work in a office team environment.
About the role:
- You will be Supporting all Customer Queries via phone, live chats, and phone calls
- You will process any orders by phone and email
- You will provide support for inbound sale reps on the road
- You will be expected to follow up on all orders - supply and delivery
- Keep up to date with new products range and be full informed on product knowledge
- ASAP start
Skills and Experience
- You will be computer savvy and pick up new systems quickly
- Great communication and listening skills
- Great interpersonal and oral skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Quick learner and willing to learn a range of products
- Great attitude and a team player
