About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Contact Centre team based at North Shore Hospital. Our Contact Centre provides a 24-hour service, so the ideal candidate will be someone who can be rostered Monday - Sunday to cover various shifts across a 24 hour day, including weekends and public holidays.

This is an exciting opportunity to be the first point of contact for many of our patients and customers, and we are looking for that special someone who brings a professional yet welcoming approach to the role, to ensure our patients have the best experience.
