About the role:

Market leaders supplying to the transport, hardware and industrial textile sector, you will be servicing an exceptionally loyal customer base. Based in Sockburn, working 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, you will be surrounded by a supportive and family focussed team. You will receive hands-on and thorough training. Your duties will include:

  • Assisting trade customers face-to-face, over the phone and via email
  • Processing orders and preparing quotes
  • Data entry
  • Managing stock levels
  • Outbound calling of existing customers to ensure they are aware of new products available
  • Order picking and assisting in the warehouse as required

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous trade based customer service experience essential
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to thrive in a busy environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be extremely customer focused and results driven
  • A self-starter with a can-do attitude
  • A natural team player, you enjoy working collaboratively with colleagues
  • Full Class 1 Driver’s license
  • A Forklift Endorsement and Operators Certificate is desirable but not essential
