You'll also have the freedom to make the role your own, with the trust to work independently.

What You’ll Need

  • Confidence handling customer queries, solving shipment issues, and coordinating internally and externally.
  • Familiarity with managing shipping line allocations and optimising space for cost and time efficiency.
  • CargoWise experience (especially Order Manager) is highly regarded, but not essential.

What Makes You Stand Out

  • Clear Communicator with Attention to Detail – You keep clients informed, align with operations, and ensure nothing is missed.

Why You’ll Want to Join
  • Balance & Flexibility – Enjoy one WFH day each week (Tues or Thurs), flexible start times (between 8:30–9:30 AM) for top performers, and birthday leave every year.
  • Premium Portfolio – Work with and exposure to high-value, international clients
  • Evolving Tech & Tools – Be part of a business embracing automation and smarter ways of working, with a strong focus on service quality and innovation. Not just adding value to the customer, but helping you in your role.
