Job Description
- Full-time, Monday to Friday between 7am and 9pm with a weekend day every 5 and 6 weeks
- Temporary assignment until mid-August

- $26 per hour + 8% holiday pay +KiwiSaver
About the role:

Delivering excellent customer service on a range of channels, you will be assisting with a broad range of queries. This is a role where you will own the process and ensure customers reach a satisfactory and timely outcome.
Key tasks will include:
- Handling queries from customers via a range of multi-channels, including email, face to face and telephone
- Following processes and tasks post-call to resolve customers’ queries
- Ensure details are accurately entered into the system
Skills and experience:
- Previous customer service experience – hospitality and retail considered
- Competent user of computer systems
- Professional telephone manner
- Strong eye for detail and accuracy
