What you’ll be doing:

You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing aftercare support and helping to resolve issues with professionalism and care. Your key responsibilities will include:

    • Responding to phone and email enquiries
    • Providing product and technical advice to help customers resolve issues
    • Organising replacement parts and booking technicians
    • Maintaining strong communication with customers and internal teams


What we’re looking for:

You’re personable, solution-focused, and confident handling a variety of customer needs. You thrive in a busy environment, communicate clearly, and enjoy being part of a team that’s passionate about what they do.
You’ll bring:

    • Previous experience in a customer service or office-based support role
    • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
    • Confidence in using technology and managing multiple systems
    • A proactive, organised approach and the ability to prioritise
    • Comfort in having direct conversations and finding solutions quickly
