About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative and Receptionist to work on our Mobile Breast Screening Unit based in Northland. This role is responsible for providing an efficient, customer-focussed service to our clients, ensuring they experience a positive interaction.
The role involves managing walk-in clients, coordinating with the Medical Imaging Technologists and local Māori Health Providers and escorting clients to changing rooms while explaining the screening process. The role also entails enrolling clients into the Breast Screening program through various channels, ensuring clients receive necessary forms, and following up with those who haven't responded to invitations. Additionally, the position requires prompt outreach to clients who miss appointments, assistance in rescheduling, and providing advice to clients and primary care regarding appointments and screening/treatment pathways.
