Customer Services Officer

Utilise your customer service experience and numerical abilities to process orders, sort pricing and handle enquiries, in an approx. 2-month temp role

About the role:

We’re looking for a Customer Services Officer to step in after Easter and support the team for approximately 2 months, possibly longer. This is a great role for someone who enjoys working with both people, numbers and systems. 
  
In this role you may be:

• Answering customer enquiries (mostly email, some phone)
• Processing orders and making sure pricing and delivery details are accurate
• Investigating any issues with deliveries, pricing, or invoices
• Preparing and processing credit notes 
• Keeping product and pricing info up to date
• Following up on any missing details or requests from other teams

Who we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in a customer service role
• Confident working with numbers and maintaining data accuracy 
• Detail oriented and you take pride in getting things right
• A team player with a compassionate nature and strong interpersonal skills
• Available now and can guarantee a commitment for at least 2-months
• Confident using Excel and able to pick up new systems quickly
• FMCG experience would be great and if you're a foodie you'll love this company!
