Inbound phone based role, being the first point of contact to new and existing customers. Assisting with a range of questions & enquiries.

- Hybrid - work from home 1-2 days per week once trained
- Leading financial services organisation in the CBD
- $55k-$60k per annum pending experience
- 9am-5:30pm Mondays to Fridays

- Have previous experience dealing with customers in a contact Centre, but you are ready for a step up
- Ideally, experience within Financial Services - call centre
- Get a real kick out of providing an exceptional service
