Cyber Security Lead

We are seeking a Cyber Security Lead with a strong technical foundation and proven experience implementing robust cyber security frameworks within a complex enterprise environment.
  
Auckland Based Permanent Role.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience in cyber security, including developing and maintaining security policies and incident response plans
• Strong expertise with Active Directory, firewall configuration, group policy maintenance, networking fundamentals, and antivirus software management
• Proven experience coordinating penetration testing, analyzing findings, and implementing appropriate mitigations
• Practical knowledge of Windows Server 2012 R2+, Windows 10+, and general application and systems support
• Experience or familiarity with MS Exchange, Hyper-V Clustering, routing, NAS/SAN storage, and Citrix is highly desirable
• Certification in one or more firewall platforms or relevant cyber security certifications is preferred
• Strong understanding of cyber security best practices and ability to communicate policies effectively across teams
