Mō te tūranga / About the role
The Community Oral Health Service is seeking a motivated and passionate Dental Assistant to join the Rotorua Team, Community Oral Health Service Lakes. This position is permanent full time.
The position requires individual who is highly motivated, has sound administration and communication skills and demonstrates a strong team commitment. We provide a supportive team environment, training, peer support and on-going professional development.
- Chairside Dental Assistance dental procedures
- Sterilisation and Infection Control
- Preparation of dental materials and dental products
- Managing stock levels
- Administration procedures and processes
- High customer service and professional dental care to tamariki and whanau
- Permanent Full Time 40 hours weekly

You should:
- Have a helpful, flexible, positive, and adaptable disposition
- Thrive in a busy and client-focused team
- Have proficiency in computer software applications
- Have the ability to multi-task and self-motivated

Awhe utu / Salary range
$72,074 to $86,719 pro-rated to hours worked.
